Our 4 favorite recipes of 2016

Our 4 favorite recipes of 2016

Welcome all to our first journal entry. There is a long road ahead filled with recipes, interviews, op-eds, advice, good times and bad. We thought we'd kick this whole thing off with four of our most-cooked recipes from 2016. Why 4 and not 5? Because even numbers are better and we wanted to make things easy on you.

Most of these recipes come from some of our favorite cooks and publications, which in a future entry we’ll tell you all about. But for now, we’ll just give you the recipes.

All of these were chosen because they are genuinely our favorite things to make. This means that the recipes are easy, quick, they include things you generally have on hand, and if you screw up it’ll still turn out tasty.

Hello Abbot Fjord
I’m a little messy in the kitchen when I’m cooking my favorite chicken recipe but your apron has me covered. I like the softness and good looks of the fabric and it cleans up really good.
